Ordering Tips and Return Policy

The following are some guidelines to ensure that your order will be proessed quickly and accurately.

1. The size of the embroidered design is listed in the product description.
2. The design will be located on the left side of the shirt.
3. Designs larger than 4 inches by 4 inches will be centered on the garment.
4. Sport shirts are also considered to be golf shirts.
5. Use the Size and Color page to determine the garment size and to see the selection of available colors.
6. Most colors can be changed. Please contact us before ordering to be sure the changes you would like can be made.
7. Please remember that colors will vary computer to computer.
8. We reccommend that you consider the color of the garment and the embroidered design to be sure the colors are compatible.
9. Some sizing of the design can be changed but realize there may be some distortion. Please contact us before ordering to be sure the changes you would like can be made.
10. We welcome special requests! If there is a special animal you would like to see but is not listed, or you would like a design placed on another piece of clothing, please contact us with your request.
